Through one-on-one fitness sessions, #1 Gym can help you develop the body you desire. We will tailor a program based on your current physical condition, previous exercise activity and desired outcome. Results can be achieved in a 30-minute session using your valuable time efficiently.
Choose an orientation session (great for beginners) that will guide you through all the exercises dedicated for the major muscle groups (also includes body/fat analysis and nutrition guidance).
FEE SCHEDULE:
$40 FITNESS CONSULTATION ($50 for two people). Includes preparing an individual training schedule and body-fat analysis.
$30 PERSONAL TRAINING/BODY SCULPTING ($40 for two people; $50 for group session) . Learn how to train safely and efficiently with perfect form to get the results you desire.
$20 BODY-FAT ANALYSIS & 5-MINUTE AB ROUTINE ($30 for two people). Find out your body composition of muscle vs. fat and get a proven abdominal workout to get rock-hard abs in as little as five minutes. Also includes a follow-up body-fat analysis 30 days later.

OUTSIDE TRAINERS WELCOME. $20 per hour session ($35 per hour session when training two clients at same time). Discounted memberships and packages for clients available. Or as a trainer, you can pay a $200 monthly fee ($350 for trwo trainerss) with you client(s) joining the #1 Gym at a discounted rate for a specific time frame.
